4) What's the lead time for sample order & bulk order?

- Sample order lead time is 7-12 days.

- Bulk order lead time is 3-4 weeks after sample approval.

 

5) For repeat order,should i pay the mould fee again?

- For screen print,we keep each screen print mould for 12 months,there is no mould fee for repeat order during this period.

- For digital print & jacquard woven,you can re-order any time you like.No Mould Fee.

 

6) Are you able to make packaging box with my logo?

- Yes,we can.Please just send us your logo.

 

7) I checked the prodcut,but it's wrong.How to fix it?

- If it is our fault,definitly we will re-make for you.

- If you send us wrong information of the order,we will re-make for you but you pay.
